At Coast 2 Coast, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website – and in particular, we want you to know that Coast 2 Coast doesn’t like sharing so we won’t ever trade our email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. You have the freedom to browse our website without actually giving us any personal information.  You can become a member on our website, which means you have a faster checkout experience and can receive news on new products unless you’d like to opt out.  As part of the registration process, we collect your personal information. We use that information to tell you about the stuff you've asked us to tell you about, to contact you if we need any additional information or just to check that you’re a happy and satisfied with Coast 2 Coast.

In addition, we also collect your information if you shop with us. This will be used to let you know that your order has been placed, when it’s on its way and to check that you’re happy and satisfied with your order. You won’t receive any marketing materials that are not related to your purchase but you’ll have the option to receive these if you want to become a member.  

Children and Privacy          

We know lots of  youngsters love sport and fashion, but if you're aged 13 or under, you’ll need to get permission to register on our website from your parents or guardian.

Use of Cookies

Updating Your Personal Information and Unsubscribing    

You can both opt in and unsubscribe to our Coast 2 Coast email list at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

By using the Coast 2 Coast website, you consent to the collection and use of the information you provide to us as outlined in this Privacy Policy. To ensure we are always up to date with guideline, we reserve our right to make any changes and updates to the privacy policy without giving you notice as and when we need to. We may change this Privacy Policy and without notice (mostly to enhance your experience and make sure that you’re receiving the best service and care from us), so make sure you check back every now and then. If we change our Privacy Policy, those changes will appear on this page.

  1. Every item of swag is lovingly wrapped and packaged by us, only items that are damaged or faulty can be returned. All other items are non refundable.

  2. Colours and sizes may differ slightly to the website, please refer to our size chart for approximate sizes.  

  3. Orders should generally be delivered to you within the time frame of your chosen delivery method – and definitely within 14 days – however on rare occasions this can and may take longer.

  4. Some items shown on our website may be out of stock. In this event, a full refund will be offered and you’ll be notified when the item is back in stock.

These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time you access our website and/or order any products from our website.

1.0 Ownership

1.1 This site is owned and operated by Coast 2 Coast, which is Coast 2 Coast Clothing Uk Ltd, whose business home is at 27a High Street Barry, Vale of Glamorgan CF62 7EB in the United Kingdom.


1.2 All rights in this website are reserved by Coast 2 Coast. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited. We have the right to take legal action.

Copyrights, patents and trademarks are also acknowledged and are owned by their respective owners.  

2.0 Orders and Cancellations

2.1 All orders placed through the Coast 2 Coast website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website, you’ll receive an email to confirm that your order is processed and packaged by Coast 2 Coast. We’ll also let you know when your order’s left the Coast 2 Coast HQ and is on its way to you. You should keep and check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if you or we have made any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us – and a contract will then be formed between us – once the items have been dispatched to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery. 

2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the code. In the event that the code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted not withstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive.

2.4 You have the right to cancel an order within 3 working days, unless we have previously stipulated that the item is a special order bespoke item and that the order has already been dispatched and bound to the terms highlighted above.

2.5 Returns will only be accepted in the event that your item is damaged or faulty.  If you’re not satisfied with your item, please email us as soon as possible and we can arrange a return. The item must be returned in the state you received it, unused and not tampered with in any way. We may also ask you to send pictures so we can log the return, too. If the item is not deemed to be damaged or faulty, a return and restocking fee may apply.

2.6 If you wish to cancel your order you need to drop us a line via email within the stated period as cancellations after this period will not be accepted.

2.7 The goods remain your property and responsibility until the team at Coast 2 Coast acknowledges receipt of the order or have signed acceptance of the return delivery of the goods. If you need to return an item, we advise you to use a secure signed-for service, such as a reputable courier service as we won’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

2.8 Items that have specifically been designed, created, built bespoke will not be subject to our cancellation policy. Please ensure you have specified your requirements carefully.

2.9 Any trade sales are not subject to the consumer contracts regulations.

3.0 Processing Your Orders and Payment

3.1 While we try our best to keep our website up to date and error-free, product description or pricing errors may occur from time to time. If we discover an error after you’ve submitted an order to us, we’ll contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

3.2 All prices shown on our website do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. Delivery options and charges are clearly highlighted at the checkout.

3.3 If you’re making a purchase on our website you’ll have the option to pay via PayPal or Wix. Don’t have PayPal? Don’t worry, you’re not required to be a PayPal member to complete your purchase, this is just one of our chosen methods of payment.


4.0 Delivery

4.1 Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, Scotland & The Highlands, offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.

4.2 Though we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time scale. We also can’t accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Some things are out of our control.  

4.3 All items are subject to stock availability.

4.4 When we deliver your items, you will receive them via the delivery method you’ve chosen at the checkout.

4.5 If your goods fail to arrive within the delivery time frame specified, let us know and we’ll open an investigation with the selected courier and, where appropriate, we’ll issue a full refund.

4.6 If you give an incorrect address with your order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

4.7 Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery. We won’t accept claims after this time.

5.0 Returns

5.1If your order has arrived and it’s damaged or faulty, then let us know within 24 hours of receiving them so we can investigate the situation and make it right. A full refund or replacement will be made (subject to satisfactory reply from the courier).

5.2 If the goods are not faulty or damages, we can’t accept any returns.

6.0 Privacy

6.1 We’ll collect the information you give us at the time you place your order. This will only be used to let you know that we’ve received your order and it’s being processed, that it’s on its way to you, and to check that you’re happy with your Coast 2 Coast swag. You’ll have the option to either opt in to become a member of Coast 2 Coast email list to stay in the loop, or you won’t hear from us again.  

6.2 We reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.

6.3 All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

6.4 If you wish to opt out of any postal marketing, you can do this by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any emails we’ve sent you.
6.5 You have the freedom to know and access the personal information that we hold on to at any time. Just email us at at any time. An admin fee may apply.

7.0 Security

7.1 We use PayPal or Wix to handle all transactions.

7.3 We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we can’t be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

8.0 Pricing

8.1 Though we make every effort to make sure the prices on our website are accurate, we reserve the right to change any of our prices in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected or updated, you’ll be informed of the change before payment is processed and have the opportunity to cancel the order.

9.0 General

9.1 The use of our website and any contracts formed are governed by British law.

9.2 We won’t be responsible to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of sales, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, third party claims, pure economic loss arising out of or in connection of the performance or non performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions including such damage as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date you order the goods.

9.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9.4 Our liability for any claim for loss or damage is limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.

9.5 A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions will have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

9.6 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the invalidity or unenforceable of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.

9.7 We may assign or transfer any of our rights or sub contract any of our obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party.

9.8 You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with our specific permission in writing.

9.9 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on our website.

9.10 The Coast 2 Coast website contains links to additional information on other related websites. We have no control of those other websites and we can’t be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide those websites while you’re paying them a visit. 9.11 These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between you and the team at Coast 2 Coast and will remain in force for the duration of our trading relationship.

9.13 Any unauthorized use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.

9.14 These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous Terms and Conditions, representations, undertakings and agreements (updated November 2022).

10.0 Vouchers

10.1 If we offer you a discount code or voucher as a marketing tool, these vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Codes and vouchers are subject to their respective terms and conditions and have no other value.

11.0 Additional Promotional Gift Voucher Terms

11.1 We believe that sharing is Caring, so we’ll issue promotional codes and vouchers from time.

11.2 Only one code or voucher can be applied to any single order.

11.3 Only one code or voucher can be claimed per email address.

11.4 We will clearly highlight if certain products are excluded a promotion.  

12.0 Reviews

12.1 Product Reviews are available for everyone to make. You don’t have to be a current Coast 2 Coast customer to submit a review, though reviews should be based on the goods purchased from us at Coast 2 Coast to provide feedback for other buyers. To this extent, we may have to edit or delete certain reviews at the discretion of Coast 2 Coast to ensure reviews remain of this nature.

13.0 E&OE

13.1 Errors and omissions must be excepted.

14.0 No effect to statutory rights

14.1 The above policies are part of our commitment to high quality service. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
